We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) who is passionate about creating this magic, taking highly complex AI insights, and building experiences that make them feel intuitive, simple, and actionable.

Responsibilities:

  • Research pain points, motivation, and mindsets of physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Explore and design high-level wireframes and product concepts, with product and medical managers
  • Design detailed product flows, scenarios, and detailed functional designs, conducting a full iterative design cycle all the way to dev handoff and post-release monitoring
  • Collaborate with squad team members and clearly communicate the rationale behind your designs, solicit feedback, and iterate as needed

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in building and shipping web-based or mobile experiences in complex systems knowledge management tools
  • Proficient with industry-standard design tools and concepts, such as Figma & Design Systems & UX/UI Best Practices
  • A background in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication Design, or any other leading academic program in the field of design
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design and experience in performing user research, usability test
  • A comprehensive online portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and design thinking
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, including in English
